Return / Refund Policy
We will not replace or guarantee the safe or timely delivery of any perishable item going to areas of warm or hot temperatures unless it travels by 1 or 2 Day Air (an express delivery). We will not replace or refund items for incorrect addresses given by the customer. If the error is ours we will replace it.
Within 30 days of delivery, you may return any of the following items purchased from www.newskete.com: books in their original condition, unopened CDs, cassette tapes, DVDs, and any other non-perishable merchandise in new condition with original packaging.
