Cheesecake is available from 8 AM until 8 PM 7 days a week.
Our shop hours are 12:30 PM through 4 PM Tuesday through Saturday except when we are on retreat.

We are 4 miles from the Monk's monastery; retreatants are required to have their own transportation. Women interested in making a retreat at the Nuns' monastery can contact Sr. Rebecca, our guest mistress. Matins is sung in our own monastery, but Vespers is at the Temple of Holy Wisdom located at the Monks.

For individual cheesecake orders you may order online, by telephone, or FAX.

If you are a restaurant, food shop, or other retail business and you wish to purchase a case of three or a case of ten large cheesecakes, or have a larger cheesecake order, contact us for discount prices.
